Hi, I’m Rod. I’ve been programming since I was 9, professionally since 1999. In between, I was a basketball player. I’ve been in different management roles since 2006, most notably VPE at Celtra and CTO at Turtl, two startups that grew from 0 to $100M+ while I was there.

I’ll be using this space to share my thoughts on product, engineering and management challenges in B2B startups. Basically, how to deal with complexity in a growing organisation that is dancing with elephants.
